Buying From Us
Although we have been around in our Warwick business for many years, we are still quite new to selling online - but we are learning very quickly.
We pride ourselves on being responsible and reliable to deal with.
How to buy from us
We welcome orders either in person, via our shopping cart, by telephone, fax or email. You can make payment for your goods via cash (in store), credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or direct deposit. Please do not email your credit card details, we value your online security.
If there is something you would like us to quote freight on, please just fill out our contact form, you will notice we do not ask for your address or phone number - we do not pressure sell, we only ask for the information we need in order to help. If you choose to shop with us then we will need more information to enable our team to serve you better.
How long will it take my purchase to arrive
Generally we will freight your item within 24 hours of payment, we try our very best to make sure you receive your order ASAP. If we have arranged freight for you we will provide a consignment tracking number for you. Where possible our preference is to despatch your goods the same day we receive payment. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to track your item for you. We are here to help.
How do I know I can trust you
We have been a physical store in Warwick, Qld since 1980, during these years we have sold and sent products all over Australia. We are a small business who take pride in personal contact and service to our customers. Our team are friendly, honest and always try to do our best. We value you and understand you are putting your trust in us to protect your privacy and deliver on our promises, we truly appreciate this.
Our advertised prices are what we stand by.
If we quote you a firm price and we make a mistake, we pay for it, not you! If we inspect a job and give you a price, that's the price!
We only sell what we have in stock (unless it is a special order), if we do not have it in stock we will tell you and you can choose to still buy from us and wait or buy elsewhere.
We use Fastway Couriers for our smaller under 25kg items and alternate service and price oriented delivery organisations depending on your location for our larger items. If these carriers do not deliver to your destination we will endeavor to assist with alternative freight companies.
For some small items we use Australia Post.
We even freight some goods via bus to some areas.
Of course you are always welcome to arrange your own freight, we are happy to provide dimensions and weights to assist you.
If picking up heavy items (wood heaters, air conditioners etc) please give us 24 hours notice so we can arrange adequate staff to assist you with loading. Often it's just us girls here in the shop and we find lifting wood heaters a bit difficult and we don't like driving the forklift very much!
Our Warwick store is open Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Saturdays 8.30am to 12.00pm for pick up and shopping.
