Returns & Refunds

Nobody enjoys the process of returns and refunds, therefore:

We act in accordance with the 'Refunds Policy' of the Queensland Government Office of Fair Trading

Express Warranty

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased
  • Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase
  • Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement
  • Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase, and/or do not do the job you were led to believe
You are not entitled to a refund if you (we may offer a store credit at our discretion)
  • Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods
  • Realise you cannot afford the goods
  • Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere
  • Chose the wrong size or colour
  • Knew about the particular fault at time of purchase
  • Were responsible for causing the fault
Terms and conditions
  • We will exchange or refund a product if you meet the above returns and refund policy criteria
  • Defective products will be replaced with the original product purchased: for product that cannot be replaced a full refund will be provided
  • If you have a problem with your order you must lodge a return warranty request by phone or email within 14 days of order delivery
Warranty

A business may also provide a 'warranty against defects' sometimes known as a manufacturers warranty

This type of warranty is different from an express warranty.  An 'express warranty' focuses on a promise about what the goods will look like, what they are capable of doing, and for how long.

A 'warranty against defects' deals with what the manufacturer promises to do when something goes wrong with the goods
