Coonara Side Plate

As the owner of a Series One Coonara 1800 wood heater I had a great difficulty in locating in Victoria a new left hand side plate as a replacement for the original cracked one. I purchased the unit and installed it in 1985. I eventually found Downs Heating on the Internet and my conversations with them were all very positive. They even corrected the wrong part number that I had given them! The plate arrived by AusPost and there were no problems with installation as all dimensions were exact. I would have no hesitation in recommending Downs to others as their level of service was first class in all aspects. (I may have to as 41 years of heating from the Coonara is a long time!)
