This Burning Log baffle assembly fits the Burning Log Turbo 10 MK2 wood fire heaters manufactured 1980 - 1994.

The measurement between the bolt holes must be 165mm for correct fit.

This assembly includes nuts and bolts and is an Australian Made aftermarket spare part

Please note this replacement Burning Log Turbo 10 secondary burner chamber is very heavy.

Replacement baffle plate

Fitted perfectly and, compared to the previous cast iron baffle plate (which was damage by over-firing) seems to have improved the heat output of the fire place. Replacement baffle is made from welded heavy steel plate, with precisely machined bolt holes and flue opening. It fitted perfectly into the Burning Log "Sunflame" wood fire. Seem to get better heat output now, and combine with a new damper plate, I can now get an almost complete burn of firewood, which indicates it may have also improved efficiency. A tip: The new baffle plate is heavy! I used a car scissor jack to carefully line it up and lift into place. Then used the jack to hold it firmly in place while I fitted the supplies fasteners. A screw driver from the top through one of the holes helped to line the bolt holes up and I could also "feel" the chimney opening from below to make sure it was lining up. All up a well made part, easy to fit and works well!
